Terms and Conditions:

* For Computer Products and System Purchase:
- Most purchases are refundable within 7 days (of invoice date) with original invoice and 20% restocking fee applied; products must be in original conditions including manuals, software, packaging, and accessories.
- All new hardware peripherals come with 30 days in-store warranty except CPU and Memory. All CPU and Memory have no warranty, no exchange, and no refund. No Returns or Replacements after 30 days for all hardware.
- Software has no warranty and is not returnable / exchangeable.
- Only fully configured system comes with 1-year labor and part warranty.

* For Computer Service and Repair:
- We provide 90-day labor hardware repair warranty for the same problem.
- If same problem remains and the parts we replaced is causing problem, both parts and labor are free of charge.
- If same problem occurs but caused by components other than the ones we replaced, customer needs to pay for the parts.
- For all other problems, customer needs to pay both parts and labor.
- Brand new replacement parts come with 30-day in-store warranty only.
- Software recover or repair (such as virus removal,...) has no warranty.

*General Policy:
- YY Computer will destroy or dispose any repaired or upgraded computer system not picked up after 30 days from invoice's date.
- Warranty does not cover physical damages.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- A $25.00 returned check fee applied to each return check and customer agrees to pay all collection fees, court fees and attorney's fees.
