Q: How does warranty/exchange/refund
policy work?
A: There are a few types of warranty/exchange/refund policy:
* for custom built desktop system: 1-year part and labor warranty
from invoice's date.
* for laptop, computer parts and accessories:
refundable within 14 days
with 15% restocking fee applied
and 30 days replacement(for defective
products only) from invoice's date.
note: original invoice may be required for warranty/exchange/refund.

Q: Is there any warranty on software
repair/service such as virus removal, system recovery...?
A: No. software repair, recovery, virus removal and any other software
related service have no warranty.
However, to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, all software service will be
checked throughout and customers should test their machines at out store
prior to picking up.

Q: Will I be charged for restocking
fee if returning an un-opened item within 14 days?
A: No.

Q: May I return an item that I
no longer have the original packaging?
A: Sorry, at this time we cannot accept returns that missing original
material.

Q: Do I need to deposit upon system
order?
A: Yes. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for each desktop or/and
laptop order.

Q: How soon will my order of system
be ready?
A: Each machine is normally ready for pick up in 2 days from invoice's date
plus 1-day cancellation hold.

Q: What do I do if I want to
cancel my order?
A: All special orders, including desktop and laptop, can be cancelled and
fully refunded within 24 hours after placing an order with us as we will
hold this type of order in 24 hours. Call us immediately at 510-251-1689 or
send us en e-mail.

Q: How do I know if my order is
ready?
A: We will contact you as soon as items are ready for pick up.

Q: Can I send someone to pick up an
item that ordered?
A: Yes, but the copy of invoice/receipt must be presented.

Q: I can't find an item that I need
on your website, what should I do?
A: We don't list all of the items on our website. The best way is to send us
an e-mail or call us directly for products availability. Our contact
information can be found on the 'Contact Us' page.

Q: What methods of payment do we accept?
A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, money order,
cashier's check and company check We ensure your Credit Card information is
100% safe and secure.
